Randy Gates

President
Mr. Gates began his career in the water and wastewater industry as a teenager by working in his family plumbing business. Over the last 40 years he has advanced from Plumber’s Assistant to President of MGC Contractors. Randy takes a hands-on approach to every project MGC pursues and executes. He holds a bachelors degree in Construction Management and has been with MGC for over 20 years.

Doug Hoopes

Vice President Operations Manager
Mr. Hoopes began his career as a Mechanical Foreman and during the past 30 plus years has advanced in the field through General Superintendent to Operations Manager for MGC Contractors. Doug takes great pride in MGC’s ability to respond quickly and safely to all our client’s needs. He still enjoys putting on his tool belt and helping our troops in the field when necessary.

Mike Panter

Vice President General Manager (Texas)
Mr. Panter has been in the water and wastewater construction business for over 19 years and has been with MGC Contractors more than 17 years. He holds an Associates Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Mike has worked his way up from Project Coordinator to Vice President and General Manager of MGC Contractors through the construction project management path.

Aubrey Roumo

General Manager (Arizona)
Mr. Roumo began his career as a plant designer in 1981 and has focused on water and wastewater construction for over 35 years. Aubrey started in the construction industry as a Field Engineer and has since been a Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and is currently a General Manager for MGC. He has been with MGC for a total of more than 5 years. His expertise in Design/Bid/Build, Design/Build, Construction Manager at Risk and Job Order Contracting procurement methods helps him manage many types of projects efficiently from project conception through construction.

Greg Beetem

Vice President Operations Manager (Arizona)
Mr. Beetem began his career in the Water Industry in 2003 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Greg started with MGC as a Project Engineer, and over the last 14 years has advanced to his current position as Vice President and Operations Manager for Arizona. Greg thrives on his ability to lead complex construction projects to results that our customers depend on. He is a project management expert with a focus on Construction Manager at Risk, Job Order Contracting and other forms of alternative project delivery.

Jeff Audilett

General Superintendent (Arizona)
Mr. Audilett has more than 40 years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry and has worked for MGC for a total of over 5 years. Jeff began his career as an Equipment Operator and has advanced through Foreman and Superintendent to his current role as General Superintendent at MGC Contractors. He has a sharp focus on safety, production and quality in all the work MGC performs.

JP Bourgogne

General Superintendent (Texas)
Mr. Bourgogne has over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater construction business and has worked for MGC for a total of over 7 years. JP began his career as a Mechanical Foreman and has worked his way up in the field through Superintendent and to his current position as General Superintendent for MGC Contractors. JP uses all his energy to ensure MGC’s jobs are safe, high quality and completed on time.

Todd Hansen

Senior Manager (Arizona)
Mr. Hansen has worked for more than 25 years in the water and wastewater industry beginning has career in the field, working his way up to Project Superintendent before transitioning over to the management side of the industry. Todd now fulfills the role of MGC’s most Senior Project Manager and is a Certified Construction Manager. His field and management experience make him an asset to all Project Stakeholders.

Kirby Anderson, DBIA

Business Development Manager (Texas)
Mr. Anderson has over 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater construction business and has worked for MGC for more than 10 years. Kirby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering and is a Design Build Institute of America Designated Professional. He has worked on myriad projects in every function from Project Engineer to Division Manager. Kirby uses his considerable experience helping MGC, our employees and clients succeed in all aspects of project delivery from concept through closeout.

Larry W. Ayers, P.E., DBIA

Business Development Manager (Arizona)
Mr. Ayers has over 30 years of project experience as an owner, operator, designer and contractor in many industries. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry as a consultant and contractor. Larry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Professional Engineer licensed in 5 western states and is a Design Build Institute of America Designated Professional. He takes great pride in sharing his experience with his clients and his peers in the water and wastewater industry. Larry was voted AZ Water Construction Professional of the year in 2016 because of his commitment to the industry.
